Howard weds Dillon

Eddie Lee Howard and Debra Johnise Dillon, both of Vicksburg, were married at 11 a.m. Nov. 30, 2012, at the Justice of the Peace. Judge Jeff Crevitt officiated at the ceremony.

They will make their home in Vicksburg.
