A man tried to sell another stolen city storm drain cover at Vicksburg Recycling on North Washington Street Monday, Vicksburg police Capt. Bobby Stewart said.

He said company employees called police, but the man left the business before officers arrived. He said police are looking for the man, who will be charged with a misdemeanor because the value of the cover was $200.

He said police have received no new reports of iron thefts in the city since Friday, when 10 city storm drain covers and a cast iron mailbox on a steel pole were reported stolen.
