LORMAN — Scott Keys Sr., died Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2014, at Promise Hospital in Vicksburg. He was 85.
Mr. Keys was a member of Fellowship M.B. Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Scott Keys and Mamie Council-Keys; and one son, Robert Keys.
Survivors include his wife, Annie L. Keys of Lorman; five sons, Scott Keys Jr., Aaron Keys, Curtis Keys and JimmyKeys, all of Lorman, and Thomas Keys of West Erlangen, Germany; three daughters, Estella Keys of Lorman, Willie Levonne Bailey of Jackson and Sadie B. Fells of Chicago; a brother, Cameron Keys of Tennessee; two sisters, Barbara Keys of St. Louis and Mattie Keys Ratliff of Chicago; 16 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Services will be 11a.m. Monday, Feb. 17, 2014, at Fellowship M.B. Church in Lorman with the Rev. Kemp Burley officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery under the direction of Thompson Funeral Home Inc. of Port Gibson.
Visitation will be Sunday, from 1 to 5 p.m. at the funeral home, and Monday at the church from 10 a.m. until the service.
