Man arrested for not showing up in court over selling house he didn’t own

A Vicksburg man who was indicted by a Warren County grand jury for false pretense but failed to show up for arraignment was in jail this morning.

At 9:30 p.m. Monday, Frank Bradley, 33, who lives on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, was arrested at his residence on a warrant for the district attorney’s office after failing to show up in court for arraignment after indictment for false pretense, said  Sheriff Martin Pace.

Bradley was arrest in October 2011 after taking  a $2,000 down payment for a house that he didn’t own, Pace said.

He was originally released on $2,500 bail in January 2012.

He was held in the Warren County Jail this morning awaiting arraignment in circuit court.
