Alice Gwen Haliburton

Alice Gwen Haliburton went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2014. She was 66.
A lifelong resident of Vicksburg and a graduate of Mississippi College, she retired as a CPA for the U.S. government, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, as an accountant.
She was a devoted mother and grandmother and loved to read, write and quilt.
She was preceded in death by her husband, T.A. Haliburton.
She is survived by her daughter, Leigh Ladner of Vicksburg; her son Eric Haliburton and his wife Angela of Vicksburg; her four sisters, Faye Willis and June Tart of Vicksburg, Mary Ann Beasley of Utica and Betty Dorman of Rocky Springs; seven grandchildren, Annalyssa Haliburton, Jacob Clay Haliburton, Reid Haliburton, Bryant Longest, Chad Longest, Gabrielle Evans and Cameron Ladner and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 22, 2014, in the chapel of Glenwood Funeral Home in Vicksburg with the Rev. Carlos Dawson officiating. Interment will follow at Utica Cemetery in Utica
Visitation will be 11 a.m. Saturday until the hour of the service at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be her nephews, Mike Tart, Jack Smith, Jeff Boudreaux, Steve Beasley, Kenny Rainer, Kip Leonard and Dean Moulder.
Honorary pallbearers will be Kevin Rainer, Todd Beasley and George Smith Jr.
