Woman held for domestic violence

A Vicksburg woman accused of felony domestic violence was held without bail this morning.
Erica Rawlings, 22, who lives on Bay Street, was arrested Monday and after it was discovered that she had two previous domestic violence convictions, she was charged with domestic violence, third offense, Vicksburg police Lt. Sandra Williams said.
Rawlings is accused of assaulting her live-in boyfriend who was taken to River Region Medical Center where he was treated and released, Williams said.
Rawlings was held without bail this morning in the Issaquena County Correctional Facility awaiting her initial appearance today in Vicksburg Municipal Court.
Metal missing on Duncan Road
An assortment of scrap metal was missing this morning following a theft Tuesday in Warren County.
At 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, the scrap metal was reported stolen from a barn in the 4800 block of Duncan Road, according to Warren County sheriff’s records.
Man held for MDOC
A Greenville man accused of violating his probation was held without bail this morning in the Warren County Jail.
Fredrick Franklin, 45, of Greenville was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for probation violation from the Mississippi Department of Corrections, according to Warren County Jail records.
