Emanuel Erves

Emanuel Erves died Sunday, Feb. 23, 2014, at River Region Medical Center. He was 70.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Beatrice Erves Jr., and his brothers, Willie Erves, and David Wyatt.
Survivors include his daughter, April Horton of Dallas; brothers, John Erves III of Vicksburg, and Henry Erves of Detroit; sisters, Aldonia Bolden of Vicksburg, and Myrtis  Marie Davis of St. Paul, Minn.; three grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, March, 1, 2014, at W. H. Jefferson Funeral Home with Elder Michael Waters officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
