A Vicksburg High School student accused of calling a bomb threat into the school was arrested Wednesday.

At 11 a.m., a 17-year-old juvenile, whose name was not released, was arrested and charged with false reporting of a bomb while he was at school, said Vicksburg Police Lt. Sandra Williams in a press release.

The juvenile was removed from the school property and placed in the Warren County Detention Center, said Lt. Williams.

The juvenile is expected to appear in Warren County Youth Court before Judge Johnnie Price on today.
