Warren Central shook off a slow start to score 14 runs in its last two at-bats, and routed Greenville-Weston 15-0 Thursday.

Darby Gain drove in two runs and had two hits at the plate — one more than she allowed in four innings on the mound. The junior struck out six batters.

Kasy Cortezie also had two hits for WC (15-2, 3-1 Division 4-6A), and Jordan Lee went 2-for-3 with two triples and three RBIs. Lawren Boolos had two hits and two RBIs, and Lexi Burleigh was 2-for-3 with a double and an RBI.
