Gordon Bruce Annis

Gordon Bruce Annis died Friday, April 11, 2014, at Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria, La. He was 59.

Born and raised in Twin Falls, Idaho, he was a graduate of Twin Falls High School and was employed by Idaho Sands. He enjoyed life, outdoors and working. For the past 15 years, he lived in Vicksburg, where he was previously associated with APAC and Cliborn’s Trucking Co. He currently was the owner and operator of White Horse Delivery in Vicksburg.

Mr. Annis was preceded in death by his father, Wesley Annis; sister, Beverly Sharrai and grandson, Hunter Wagner.

Survivors include his wife, Sharon H. Evans-Annis of Vicksburg; daughters, Jennifer Rushing of Coosbay, Ore., Kristi Wagner of Meridian, Idaho, Shelli Ajeti of Twin Falls, Meghan Hermansen of Georgia and Seara Herdt of Vicksburg; a stepdaughter, Jackie Hill of Vicksburg; son, Cory Annis of Montpelier, Idaho; his mother, Marjorie Annis of Twin Falls; sister, Jenette Cox of Colorado Springs, Colo.; two brothers, Ron Annis and Kelly Annis, both of Twin Falls; and eight grandchildren.

Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 22, 2014, at Glenwood Funeral Home with the Rev. Bruce Bryant officiating. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. Tuesday until the hour of service.
