ROLLING FORK — Helen Davis Herman died Friday, May 9, 2014, at Sharkey-Issaquena Hospital. She was 62.
Mrs. Herman was born in Kosciusko, but spent most of her life in Rolling Fork. She graduated from Rolling Fork High School and attended Delta State University.
Over her life she worked many places, including MCFS, Sharkey-Issaquena Hospital, and Sunflower. She was a member of First Baptist Church Rolling Fork.
She was preceded in death by her father, A.T. Davis Jr.
Survivors include her mother, Sara Davis; husband, Marshall Herman; children, Michelle Williams of Picayune, Amy Ferguson of Inverness, and Emily Darnell of Rolling Fork; and five grandchildren.
Services will be noon Monday, May 12, 2014, at First Baptist Church Rolling Fork. Burial will follow at Mound Cemetery in Rolling Fork under the direction of Glenwood Funeral Home.
Visitation will be Monday at the church from 11 a.m. until the hour of the service.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the family in memory of Mrs. Herman through First Baptist Church Rolling Fork.
Pallbearers will be Ryder Davis, Dylan Davis, Matthew Williams, Luke Nuckolls, Eddie Holcomb, and Thad Virden.
