Jessie Lee Dulaney-Green died on Thursday, July 3, 2014, at Promise Hospital. She was 78.

Mrs. Dulaney-Green was born Nov. 25, 1935, in Edwards to the late Allen Dulaney, Sr. & the late Mrs. Georgia Eatmon Burns.

She was a member of Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, and worked at Magnolia Best Western, Delta Point and Ameristar before retiring.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Green; sister, Lena Mae Shirley and brother, M. C. Dulaney.

Survivors include five sons, Ronald Dulaney of Albuquerque, N.M., Charles Dulaney of Vicksburg, Karl Dulaney of Pearland, Texas, Alfred Dulaney and Henry Dulaney, both of Vicksburg; three daughters, Darlene Brown of League City, Texas; LaVerne Smith of Vicksburg, and Faye Dulaney of Cherry Valley, Ill.; nine siblings: Anna Ruth Boyd and Ethelean Haywood, both of Chicago, Earnestine Bracey of Edwards, LC Dulaney of Raymond, Alan Dulaney of Edwards, Corean Dulaney, of Edwards, Lydia Haymes of Raymond, Alice Dulaney Sampson of Clinton and Cassie Reed of Jackson; 18 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Services will be 2:30 p.m. Saturday, July 5, 2014, at Calvary Baptist Church with the Rev. Joe Moseley officiating. Burial will be held at Mount Moriah MB Church in Edwards under the direction of Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home.

Visitation will be Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
