In Warren County Circuit Court for the week ending Friday:
• Charles Brown, 27, 1712 Martha St., pleaded guilty to burglary of a dwelling and was sentenced by Circuit Judge Isadore Patrick to one year and one day in prison followed by two years’ probation and $684.50 in costs. Brown was indicted in July 2013.
• Matthew Jared Duke, 31, 7944 Jeff Davis Road, pleaded guilty to burglary of a dwelling and was sentenced by Patrick to two years in prison followed by five years’ probation, a $2,000 fine, $700 restitution and $584.50 in costs. Duke was indicted in July 2013.
• Jean Renee Harrell, 52, 75 Buck Drive, pleaded guilty to credit card fraud and burglary and was sentenced by Patrick to Ninth Circuit Drug Court for a period not to exceed five years a $1,000 fine, $1,904.17 in restitution and $1,694 in costs. Harrell was indicted in January 2011.
• Gregory Mason, 22, who lists addresses on Drummond and Speed streets, was found guilty of violating probation for possession of a stolen firearm and receiving stolen property, and was sentenced by Patrick to 10 years in prison. Mason was indicted in July 2011.
• Jessie James Montgomery, 46, 818 Harrison St., pleaded guilty to three counts of uttering forgery and was sentenced by Patrick to 54 days of time served followed by four years’ probation, a $1,000 fine, $3,323.50 restitution and $384.50 in costs. Montgomery was indicted in May.
• Ashley Ann O’Connor, 36, 4041 Washington St., pleaded guilty to burglary of a dwelling and was sentenced by Patrick to three days of time served followed by four years’ probation, a $1,500 fine and $384.5 in costs. O’Connor was indicted in July 2011.
• Robert Wheatley, 35, 1413 Jackson St, pleaded guilty to fleeing law enforcement and malicious mischief and was sentenced by Patrick to time served in jail followed by three years’ probation, a $1,000 fine and $384.50 in costs. The sentencing order makes no mention of how long Wheatley, who was indicted in, May 2012, spent in jail.
• James Winters, 22, 150 Eastover Drive, Apt. 2002, was sentenced after a prior guilty plea for shooting into an occupied dwelling and shooting into a motor vehicle to 13 years in prison, a $1,000 fine and $384.50 in costs. Winters was indicted in October 2012.
