Gun, holster missing

A gun and holster were missing this morning following an auto burglary reported Wednesday in Vicksburg.

At 7:15 p.m. a Colt .45-caliber pistol valued at $900 and a holster valued at $45 were reported stolen from a 2004 Ford F-250 on Melborn Place.

Melborn place is a single block street that runs south from Clay Street parallel to the east edge of the south loop of Vicksburg National Military Park.
