Vicksburg Fire Department firefighters extinguish a fire Monday afternoon at the parsonage house of Crossway church.

A fire broke out in a parsonage home for Crossway Baptist Church Monday. Warren County firefighters responded to a call around 3:45 p.m. to find the last third of the home, on the 1700 block of U.S. 61 South, engulfed in flames.

Senior pastor TJ Tennison, his wife and three of their four small children were in the home when the flames began and evacuated through a side door. No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
