Jack Hardy Kilgore

Jack Hardy Kilgore died Tuesday, July 29, 2014, at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. He was 77.

Born in Hugo, Okla., he had lived in Utica since 1993. He was a member of the U.S. Navy and was the owner and operator of a trucking business for 40 years.

He is survived by his son, James L. Kilgore; his daughter, Kelly M. Boyd; his brother, Tony Kilgore; two sisters, Bonnie Dickson and Becky Dooley; and many grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 2, 2014, at Utica Christian Church with the Rev. Brad Hartzog officiating. The visitation will be at 1 p.m. until the hour of the service.
