A memorial service for Destiny La’Shay McDonald, 2, will be 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 9, 2014, at Providence Missionary Baptist Church, 7070 Fisher Ferry Road.

She died Wednesday, July 30, 2014, at River Region Medical Center. She was born Sept. 26, 2011.

Survivors include her mother, Pamela K. Hall-McDonald; father, Douglas Williams; two brothers, KaShmere Demonie Hall and Kasanova Ezell Hall; a sister, Tatyanna Breann McDonald; grandparents, Brenda L. Eastman, William Eastman and Robert Jackson, great-grandparent, Lee Esther Hall; her mother’s companion, Curtis Parker; and uncles, aunts, great-uncles, great-aunts and cousins.

A repast will follow the services at the church.
