Man held in pool theft

A Warren County man accused of stealing an above ground pool was held without bail this morning.

Jimmy High, 41, 118 Choctaw Circle, was arrested on a warrant from a victim-based affidavit for grand larceny, Warren County Lt. Randy Lewis said.

High is accused of stealing the pool from a home on Choctaw Circle and selling it for scrap, Lewis said.

High was held without bail this morning in the Warren County Jail awaiting his initial court appearance.

 

Gun, cash stolen from truck

A shotgun, cash and purse were missing following an early morning burglary on Stenson Road.

At 1:47 a.m. today, $200 in cash, a purse, a wallet and a Benelli 12-gage shotgun were reported stolen from a Chevrolet truck in the 100 block of Stenson Road, according to Warren County sheriff’s records.

 

Two held for drug court, MDOC

Two Warren County men accused of violating court sentences were held without bail this morning.

Eugene Hall, 39, 416 Pleasant Valley Drive ,was held for a drug court violation, and Bobby Dorrell, 32, 122 Willow Creek Drive, was held for a probation violation, according to Warren County Jail records.
