Robert L. “Bobby” McMaster of Yazoo City died Friday, Aug. 8, 2014, at Cannon Hospice in Gulfport. He was 85.
Mr. McMaster was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Lee McMaster and Dessie Wigley; wife, Norma Kathryn Warren; a son, Mark McMaster.
He was a retired district supervisor for the Mississippi Department of Transportation and a member of Bethany United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his daughter, Stacy Harris of Olive Branch; son David McMaster of Gulfport; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two brothers; Edmond McMaster and Wayne McMaster, both of Vicksburg; and a sister, Evelyn Melton of Yazoo City.
Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 12, 2014, at Bethany Methodist Cemetery on Graball Freerun Road in Yazoo County under the direction of Stricklin-King Funeral Home of Yazoo City.
Visitation will be Monday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be David McMaster, Donnie Harris, Ryan Adams, Jason McMaster, Rob Harris and Arvil Monday.
