Three held in meth bust

Three Warren County residents arrested in a meth bust Wednesday were held without bail this morning.
Christina Cotter, 35, 909 Tucker Road, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and sale of meth.
Cotter was arrested after officers discovered a warrant for her arrest by the Mississippi Department of Corrections, according to Warren County sheriff’s records.
Joseph Nash, 27, 209 West Drive, was arrested and charged with possession of meth with intent to deliver while in possession of a firearm and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.
David Bailey, 44, 1904 Good Hope Road, was arrested and charged with possession of meth with intent to deliver and conspiracy to sell meth.
All were being held at the Warren County Jail this morning, awaiting their initial court apperances in Warren County Justice Court.
Woman held for embezzlement
A Vicksburg woman accused of embezzling from a shoe store in the outlet mall was held without bail this morning.
Kimberly Nevels, 38, 4165 N. Washington St., was arrested at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at Sketchers at the The Outlets at Vicksburg, a Vicksburg Police Department spokesman said.
She was being held without bail at the Warren County Jail awaiting her initial apperance in Vicksburg Municipal Court.
West Monroe man accused of cell tower batter thefts
A West Monroe, La., man accused of stealing cellphone tower batteries was in jail this morning.
David Ezell, 41, 320 GB Cooley Road, West Monroe, La., was arrested Wednesday and charged with three counts of grand larceny, a Vicksburg police spokesman said. He is accused of stealing batteries from towers throughout Warren County. He was also being held for the Jackson police on similar charges.
He was being held this morning at the Warren County Jail pending his initial court appearance.
