The engagement of Tabitha Sherrill Fuson to Scott Everett Newton, Jr., both of Edwards, is announced today.
Miss Fuson is the daughter of Marie and Earl Fuson of Vicksburg.
Mr. Newton is the son of Scott and Peggy Newton of Terry, Mississippi.
The bride-elect is a 1999 graduate of Warren Central High School. She attended Hinds Community College. She is a stylist at Tan Tastic.
The prospective groom is employed at Leist Plumbing.
Vows will be exchanged at 6 p.m. Oct. 25, 2014 at Calvary Baptist Church with a reception to follow.
