ST. PAUL, Minn. — Gloria Rogers Mitchell died Thursday, Oct. 9, 2014, at her home in Hermanville. She was 56.

She was retired from Lyng Blomsten Nursing Home in St. Paul, and was a member of First Baptist Church in Hermanville.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Sullivan Rogers Sr. and Annie Bell Rogers; and two sisters, Annie Green and Catherine Travis.

Survivors include her husband, Jerry Mitchell of St. Paul; a daughter, Antoinette Howell of St. Paul; son, Jonathan Fuller of St. Paul; three sisters, Dora McAfee of Peoria, Ill., Barbara Roberts of St. Paul and Ernestine Jackson of Hermanville; four brothers, Sullivan Rogers Jr. of Galesburg, Ill., Terry Rogers and Charles Rogers, both of St. Paul, and Rudoplh Rogers of Hermanville; three granddaughters and a son-in-law.

Services will be Friday in St. Paul under the direction of Speilman Funeral Home of St. Paul.
