The engagement of Johnna Lyn Coccaro to Stephen Tyler Riddick, both of Brandon, is announced today.

Miss Coccaro is the daughter of John and Michelle Coccaro of Vicksburg. She is the granddaughter of George and Patricia Hay of Port Gibson and the late Clement and the late Muriel Coccaro of Vicksburg.

Mr. Riddick is the son of Carl and Patricia Koestler of Vicksburg and Roger and Debbie Riddick of Brandon. He is the grandson of the late David P. and the late Hilda Waddell of Vicksburg and the late Bernard and the late Marie Riddick of Jackson.

The bride-elect is a 2010 graduate of St. Aloysius High School where she was a member of National Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta, Vicksburg Cotillion Club and Sub Debs. She attended Mississippi State University where she was in the Kappa Delta Sorority. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Mississippi Medical Center. She is a Registered Nurse at Blair E. Batson Hospital for Children.

The prospective groom is a 2007 graduate of Clinton High School where he was a member of the golf team. He attended Hinds Community College where he was a member of the Hinds CC Golf Team. He is a manager at Koestler Pallet Sales.

Vows will be exchanged at 1 p.m. Jan. 24, 2015 at St. Michael Catholic Church. A reception will follow at B’nai B’rith Literary Club.
