TALLULAH, La. — William Earl Givens died Monday, Oct. 27, 2014, at Madison Parish Hospital in Tallulah.

Mr. Givens was a retired superintendent for People’s Water Service of Tallulah.

Services were 11 a.m. today, Oct. 30, 2014, at First Baptist Church in Tallulah. Burial was at  Memorial Park Cemetery in Tallulah.
