A look at how players from Vicksburg-area high schools did in college football games played over the weekend.

• Kentucky safety A.J. Stamps (Vicksburg High) had three solo tackles and one assist in a 20-10 loss to Missouri,

• Mississippi State punter Devon Bell (Warren Central) averaged 40.7 yards on three punts, with one downed inside the 20, in a 17-10 win over Arkansas.

• Southern Miss offensive lineman Norman Price (Vicksburg High) saw playing time in a 35-14 loss to UTEP, and assisted on one tackle.

• Louisiana Tech cornerback Adairius Barnes (Port Gibson) had two interceptions, an assist and one pass breakup in a 59-10 rout of Western Kentucky.

• Faulkner University linebacker Mitchell Hoskins (Port Gibson) had five solo tackles, four assists, a sack and a forced fumble in a 55-14 win over Belhaven.

• Delta State linebacker Ledarion Robinson (Hinds AHS) had one solo tackle in a 33-28 win over North Alabama.

• Albany State offensive lineman Danny Bunch (Warren Central) started at left tackle and helped the Golden Rams pile up 325 rushing yards in a 40-14 rout of Benedict.
