Rosa L. Williams-Turner of Vicksburg died Saturday, Nov. 15, 2014, at River Region Medical Center. She was 67.

She was retired from the Vicksburg Café and Velchoff’s Corners Restaurant.

W. H. Jefferson Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
