In Warren County Circuit Court for the week ending Friday:
• Ryan Daniels, 21, 1189 Jones Road, pleaded guilty to vehicle burglary and possession of a firearm after felony conviction and was sentenced by Circuit Judge M. James Chaney to four years in prison followed by five years’ probation and $384.50 in costs. Daniels was indicted in April 2013.
• Ricky Dwayne Johnson Jr., 21, 229 Erves Circle, pleaded guilty to burglary of a dwelling and was sentenced by Chaney to five years’ probation, a $925 restitution and $384.50 in costs. Johnson, who shares a name with but is not related to county prosecutor Ricky Johnson, was indicted in January.
• Misty D. Hall, 25, 895 Grange Hall Road, pleaded guilty to felony bad check, and was sentenced by Chaney to one year and one day in prison followed by two years’ probation, a $1,000 fine, $1,968.80 restitution and $384.50 in costs. Hall was indicted in July.
• Ron Christopher Horton, 42, 1200 Second North St., pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine and was sentenced by Circuit Judge Isadore Patrick to Ninth Circuit Drug Court for a period not to exceed five years, a $3,000 fine, and $1,609.50 in costs. Horton was indicted in May.
• Michael Anthony Kemp, 33, 1429 Weems St., pleaded guilty to third-offense driving under the influence and was sentenced by Chaney to Ninth Circuit Drug Court for a period not to exceed five years, a $2,000 fine and $1,309.50 in costs. Kemp was indicted in July.
• Lee Elton Newsome, 37, who lists addresses in court records on First North and Prospect streets, pleaded guilty to sale of a controlled substance and was sentenced by Chaney to four years in prison followed by four years’ probation, a $2,000 fine and $884.50 in costs. Newsome was indicted in July.
• Theresa Odoms, 35, 535 Hall Road, pleaded guilty to third-offense DUI and was sentenced by Patrick to one year of house arrest followed by two years’ probation, a $2,000 fine and $584.50 in costs. Odoms was indicted in May.
• Terry Smith, 24, 210 Winters Lane, was found guilty of violating probation for possession of a controlled substance and sentenced by Patrick to two years of house arrest followed by six years’ probation. Smith was convicted of possession of cocaine in 2009.
• Jarvis Jamal White, 21, 1707 South St., pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and was sentenced by Chaney to five years’ probation, a $1,500 fine, $5,000 restitution, and $384.50 in costs.
• Justin T. Williams, 29, 1325 Jackson St., was convicted of violating probation for possession of a controlled substance and sentenced by Chaney to 106 days of time served and returned to probation. Williams was convicted in 2010.
