Funeral services for Robert B. Hills Jr. will be noon Thursday, Dec. 11, 2014, at W. H. Jefferson Funeral Home with the Rev. James Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Visitation is from 1 p.m. today until the service Thursday.
Mr. Hills died Friday, Dec. 5, 2014, at his home. He was 66. He was retired from the Vicksburg National Military Park and served as a medic in the U. S Army during the Vietnam War.  He was a member of Tyner Ford Post 213 of the American Legion and was of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert B. Hills Sr.; brother, David Hills; and sister, Martha Ann Hills.
Survivors include his sons, Robert B. Hills III of Ocean Springs and Kelvin Carter of Vicksburg; two daughters, Katrina Hills of Vicksburg and Lisa Hills of Seattle; his mother, Ruby J. Hills of Vicksburg; three brothers, Lawrence Jointer of Fort Washington, Md., Rueben J Hills of Tuscaloosa, Ala., and Carl Hills of Antioch, Calif., three sisters, Mary Harris of Hawthorne, Calif., Barbara Johnson of Jackson and Martha Fairley of Stockbridge, Ga.; three grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
