Roviel Mays died Saturday, Dec. 27, 2014, in Port Gibson. He was 18.

Survivors include his father, Robet Mays of Port Gibson; his mother, Shajuan Davis of Vicksburg; stepfather, James Wilson Jr. of Vicksburg; sister, Briona Berry of Vicksburg; brother, Najee Carter of Vicksburg; maternal grandmother, Dorothy Davis of Hermanville; paternal grandparents, Michael and Carrie Wilson, both of Port Gibson; paternal great-grandmother, Elnora J. White of Jackson; and aunts, uncles, great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends.

Services will be 11a.m., Saturday, Jan. 3, 2015, at Greater Rose Hill Church in Vicksburg with the Rev. Walter Weathersby Sr. officiating. Burial will be at the Davis Family Cemetery in Hermanville under the direction of Thompson Funeral Home Inc. of Port Gibson.

Visitation will be today from 1 to 5 p.m. at the funeral home, and Saturday at the church from 10a.m. until the service.
