Courtney Ezell Mahalitc

ROLLING FORK — Courtney Ezell Mahalitc died Friday, Jan. 9, 2015, at her home in Grace. She was 30.

A native of Louisiana, she was born March 1, 1984, to Jeff Parker and Tina Ford.

She worked as a Dental Assistant for South Delta Dental Clinic in Rolling Fork.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Peggy Williams of Tallulah, La.

Survivors include her daughter, Skylar Marie Willingham; Rodney Willingham and family; Chris Mahalitc and family; father, Jeff Parker; mother, Tina Ford; siblings, Brittney Ford, Brandy Allen, Carmen Nettles, and Mallory King; and other friends and loved ones.

Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 15, 2015, at Glenwood Funeral Home in Rolling Fork. Burial will follow at Forest memorial Cemetery in Forest, La.

Visitation will be at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until the hour of the service.

Pallbearers will be Charles Willingham III, Kenneth Willingham, Jonathan King, Paul Muirhead, Allen Woodard, and John Carson. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jeff Parker, Rodney Willingham, and Eddie Davis.
