The road to the playoffs rolled through Greenville, and so did Warren Central’s tennis team.

The Vikings won four matches without dropping a game, and blitzed Greenville 6-1 on Thursday to clinch a berth in the Class 6A team playoffs.

The Vikings will host Clinton next Thursday at 3 p.m. at Halls Ferry Park to determine the Division 4-6A champion.

George Wilkerson (boys singles), Joseph Jabour and Alex Velazquez (No. 1 boys doubles), William Wooten and Brent Styles (No. 2 boys doubles) and Amanda Boleware and Madison Kendall (No. 2 girls doubles) all won their matches 6-0, 6-0.

Matthew Register and Avery Lynn Liddell won 6-2, 6-1 in mixed doubles, and the No. 1 girls doubles team of Skylar Gibson and Lauren Davis won 6-4, 6-3.
