PORT GIBSON — Emma Lee “Bunch” Davis died Monday, April 20, 2015, at Claiborne County Senior Care in Port Gibson. She was 87.

Mrs. Davis was a member and choir member at Springhill M.B. Church, and was a member of the Willing Workers Club and the Baptist Aid.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Arnette Nash and Nellie Barnes Nash; her husband, Jeff Davis; two sons, Roger Davis and Robert Nash; one daughter, Cora Knight; and a sister, Bertha Gaines.

Survivors include two sons, Arnette Nash and Donald Nash, both of Port Gibson; a daughter, Bobbie Nash Daniels of Port Gibson; a sister, Mariah Gaines of Port Gibson; 23 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren, and nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Services will be 11a.m. Saturday, April 25, 2015, at Springhill M.B. Church in Port Gibson with the Rev. Joseph Brown officiating. Burial will be at the church cemetery under the direction of Thompson Funeral Home Inc. of Port Gibson.

Visitation will be Friday from 1 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home, and Saturday at the church from 10 a.m. until the service.
