In Warren County Circuit Court for the week ending July 24:

• Roderick Mashun Davis, 31, 1719 Military Ave., pleaded guilty to sale of a controlled substance and was sentenced by Circuit Judge M. James Chaney to five years’ probation, a $1,000 fine and $1,084.50 in costs. Davis was indicted in May.

• Desmond Parker, 22, 520 Berryman Road, Lot 67, was found guilty of violating probation for possession of cocaine and pleaded guilty to possession of a firearm after felony conviction and was sentenced by Chaney to eight years in prison followed by five years’ probation, a $1,000 fine and $384.50 in costs. Parker must also pay $1,684.50 in outstanding fines and fees with the cocaine conviction. Parker was indicted on the weapons charge in May.
