An armed robber was on the lam Friday after stealing cash from a gas station earlier in the week, and police were asking for help finding him.

The black man who appears to be in his late teens or early 20s was caught on video robbing the Texaco at 4110 around 10 p.m. Tuesday, Vicksburg police Capt. Sandra Williams said.

In a still from surveillance video released by police, the man is wearing a black shirt and pants, white shoes, sunglasses and a gray baseball cap.
