Mack Vaughan Jr. died Saturday, Aug. 22, 2015, at Merit Health River Region Medical Center. He was 41.

Mr. Vaughn was born on April 22, 1974, to Mack Sr. and Mona Richardson Vaughan in Aurora, Ill. He attended Warren Central High School and attended New Light Missionary Baptist Church in Bovina.

He was preceded in death by his mother.

Survivors include his wife, Kewana Vaughan; sons, Mack Thomas and Dearius Shelton, both of Vicksburg; one stepson, Terrence Fields-Reese of Monroe, La.; two daughters, Kayla Thomas of Vicksburg and MaKeisha Vaughan of Monroe, La; one brother, Leshon Vaughan of Madison, Wis.; one sister, Chiquita Beasley of Aurora, Ill.; and aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Services will be noon Saturday, Aug. 29, 2015, at Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home with the Rev. Antonio Cobbs officiating. Burial will follow at New Hope MB Church Cemetery in Bovina.

Visitation will be Friday from 1 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home with family present from 6 to 7 p.m.
