Jasper Lowe

Jasper Lowe of Vicksburg died at his home Thursday, Sept. 10, 2015. He was 79.

He was a retired self-employed painter and a a member of the Greater Mount Lebanon M. B. Church.

W. H. Jefferson Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
