Funeral services for Frankie Seal Foster will be held on 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, 2015, at Jackson Street M. B. Church with the Rev. Trollis Moore officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery under the direction of W. H. Jefferson Funeral Home.

Visitation will be Friday from 7 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Foster died Thursday, Sept. 10, 2015 at Shady Lawn Nursing Home. She was 79. She was a retired nurses aide and a member of the Mount Zion No. 1 M. B. Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents Jonah and Lula Evans Ross; her husband, William M. Foster; daughter, Linda Ford; and brothers L.V. Ross, Ray Ross, R. L. Ross, Johnny Ross and Jimmy Ross.

Survivors include six sons, Larry Ross, Charles Ross, Billy Foster and Johnnie Foster all of Vicksburg, William Ford of Jackson and John Henry of Chicago; daughter, Linda Clark of Vicksburg; three sisters, Addie Faye Johnson, Sallie Bailey and Lizzie Rader, all of Vicksburg; 28 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
