Sara McDaniel, Madelyn Polk and Brooklyn Breithaupt scored two goals apiece, and St. Aloysius headed into a key game later this week with a 6-0 rout of Adams County Christian on Monday.

Polk added three assists for St. Al, while McDaniel, Lexi Varner and Sydney Mathis had one apiece.

St. Al will host Indianola Academy Wednesday at 4 p.m. at Mlakar Field in Bovina. St. Al needs to win — it beat Indianola 4-3 in their first meeting this season — to secure the District 1-AAA championship.

Also Monday, St. Al’s junior varsity beat ACCS 1-0. Madison Miller scored the game’s only goal.
