Funeral services for Isaac Lee Brown will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 25, 2015, at House of Peace Worship Church. Burial will follow at Society Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery in Pocahontas under the direction of Dillon-Chisley Funeral Home.

Visitation will be Saturday at the funeral home from 2 to 6 p.m., and Sunday at the church from 1 p.m. until the hour of service.

Mr. Brown died Friday, Oct. 16, 2015, at Merit Health River Region Medical Center. He was 63.

Born and reared in Vicksburg, he was a 1973 graduate of Warren Central High School and a 1975 graduate of Utica Junior College. He was a retired employee of Jackson Packing Co., and was a member of Greater Mount Zion M.B. Church.

Preceding him in death was an infant son, Roosevelt Brown, and his father, David Brown Sr.

Survivors include one son, Fredrick Brown; four daughters, Josalind Brown, Angela Brown-Davis, Felicia Brown, and Alberta Brown-Aldridge, all of Jackson; his mother, Ruby Brown Johnson of Vicksburg; four brothers, David Brown, Joseph Brown, and Casey Brown, all of Vicksburg, and Johnnie Brown of Detroit; three sisters, Mattie Brown and Georgia Brown, both of Vicksburg, and Betty Davis, of Detroit; 16 grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives.
