Funeral services for Wakili Malik Davis will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, 2015, at Word of Faith Church with pastor Brian Crawford officiating.

Mr. Davis died Oct.18, 2015, at his home. He was 40. He had worked in the restaurant industry in Vicksburg and was of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Vigitta Davis.

Survivors include a son, Winston Malik Davis of Vicksburg; a daughter, Essence Emani Davis of Vicksburg; mother, Vickie Thomas of Vicksburg; father, William Nelson Davis of Chatam, Louisiana; two brothers, Wardell Davis of Chatam, Louisiana, and Trenton Thomas of Vicksburg; three sisters, Malinda Johnson, Belinda Voss and Ashley Doomas, all of Vicksburg; and nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and other relatives and friends.
