Jarrell Dwaine Woods, 32, 2411 Wood St. Monroe, La., pleaded guilty to prescription forgery and was sentenced by Circuit Judge M. James Chaney to 78 days in prison followed by four years and 287 days probation, $1,000 fine and $384.50 in costs. Woods was indicted in May 2014.

Jamison Michael Chiplin, 20, 300 Overlook Drive, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and was sentenced by Circuit Judge Isadore Patrick to five years probation, $1,000 fine, $200 restitution and $884.50 in costs. Chiplin was indicted in March 2014.
