Linda Carol Donovan, 61, of Louise, went home to be with the Lord on Oct. 13, 2015, at Merit Health Region Medical Center.

She was a lab technician at Baptist Medical Center Yazoo for 15 years and was a Baptist.

Survivors are her daughter, Devona (Ben) Dew of Vicksburg; son, Michael Donovan of Brandon; grandchildren, Jackson Dew and Darby Dew; sisters, Paula (Geroge) Wand of Philadelphia, Phyllis (Michael) Villescaz of Mandeville, Louisiana, and Carla Crites of Madison; mother, Emma T. Moody of Mandeville; father John L. (Peggy) Moody of Holly Bluff; brother, J. L. (Ginger) Moody of Holly Bluff; companion, Sonny Fulton of Holly Bluff; and nieces and nephews.

Linda was a kind, loving and compassionate, and was much loved by family and friends.

Services were Friday, Oct. 16, 2015, at 12:30 p.m. at Stricklin-King Funeral Home with the Rev. Scott Sasser officiating.

Honorary Pallbearers were Curtis Wand, Daniel Wand, Brian Villescaz, Alex Villescaz, Eric Villescas and Stephen Crites.

In Lieu of flowers the family requested memorials to French Camp Academy or Palmer Home in Columbus.
