PONTOTOC — Minnie R. Floyd, a resident of Pontotoc and former resident of Vicksburg, died Monday, Oct. 26, 2015, at Covenant Health & Rehabilitation of Vicksburg.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George W. Floyd.

Survivors include three daughters Patricia Floyd of Rochester, New York, Darna Jackson of Shreveport Louisiana, and Alena Johnson of Rochester, New York; two sons, George W. Floyd of Rochester New York, and Comelia B. Floyd of Vicksburg; 12 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 31, 2015, at Pontotoc Second Baptist Church, 189 North College Street, Pontotoc.

Visitation will be Friday, Oct. 30, 2015, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Roberson Funeral Home, 292 Coffee St., Pontotoc.
