Alex ‘Pat’ Brown

Funeral services for Alex “Pat” Brown will be 1 p.m. Monday at St. Paul’s MB Church in Bovina with the Rev. Tyrone Dixon officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Robbins Funeral Home.

Visitation will be Sunday at the funeral home from noon to 6 p.m., and Monday at the church from noon until the service.

Mr. Brown died Saturday, Oct. 24, 2015, at Central Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson. He was 52.

He was a member of St. Paul’s Church and a former employee of The Old Store in Bovina.

He was preceded in death by his father, George Brown.

Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Annie Laura Brown of Bovina; four sisters, Joyce Ann Brown, Doris L. Brown, Avril J. Brown, and Brenda V. Brown, all of Vicksburg; four brothers, Alvin Brown, Michael  Brown, Christopher Brown, and Melvin Brown, all of Vicksburg; and other relatives and friends.
