Poor shooting dooms VHS against Raymond

The Vicksburg Missy Gators shot the ball relatively well from inside the 3-point line Thursday night. Everywhere else, they were a mess.

Vicksburg hit just 1 of 12 3-point tries, 7 of 21 free throws, and lost 48-44 to Raymond. The Missy Gators had an 11-0 run to close a 13-point deficit, but were ultimately undone by the poor shooting.

Keiyana Gaskin and Karry Callahan led Vicksburg (3-3) with 11 points apiece. Callahan also had 21 rebounds and three blocked shots.
