A Vicksburg man accused of not finishing a mandated program was held without bail Tuesday.

Justin Ray White, 29, 104 Meadowbrook Drive, was arrested Saturday and charged with failure to complete court order program and is being held for Judge Isadore Patrick, according to Warren County jail records.
