YAZOO CITY — Mary Margaret Neely, 89, of Bentonia passed away Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2015, at Martha Ciker Green Houses in Yazoo City.

Retired from the Yazoo County schools, she was a member of Concord Baptist Church.

Survivors include her daughters; Sandra (Al) Plunkett of Yazoo City, Brenda (Bubba) Russell of Bentonia, Judy (Mike) Jones of Vicksburg, Babs (Doug) Davis of Bentonia; eight grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, B. B.”Petie” Neely and three brothers and two sisters.

Services will be at Stricklin-King Funeral Home today, Dec. 29, 2015, with visitation starting at noon followed by services at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Barry Ward officiating. Internment will follow at Concord Cemetery in Yazoo County.

Pallbearers are Keith Plunkett, Brent Russell, Greg Jones, Colby Davis, Baine Davis andTaylor Arinder. Honorary pallbearers are Tim Arinder, Wade Ward, Mark Watts, Isaac Plunkett, Ricky Plunkett, Wade Embry Ward, Will Russell Ward and Will Watts.
