The Vicksburg High boys’ soccer team’s rough start to 2016 continued Tuesday night, when Clinton scored seven goals in the first half and went on to rout the Gators 13-0.

Vicksburg (1-5-1) lost for the second time in four days and has been outscored 20-2 in its first two games of the new year.

The Gators will host Warren Central on Friday, with the girls’ game at 5:30 p.m. and the boys at 7:15.

The girls’ game between Vicksburg and Clinton on Tuesday was canceled.
