William Turney Walker Jr. died Jan. 28, 2016, at Merit Health River Region Medical Center. He was 63.

Mr. Walker was a lifelong resident of Vicksburg. He worked for Eaton Lighting and was an engineer. He was a graduate of Mississippi State University and was a member of the Elks Lodge.

He is preceded in death by his father, William Turney Walker Sr. and mother, Ossie Barnes Walker.

He is survived his wife Debbie M. Walker of Vicksburg; two sons, William Walker III and Michael Walker, both of Vicksburg; one daughter, Lindsey Rigton of Jackson; and four grandchildren.

Services will be at a later date.
