A Vicksburg man accused of stealing was held without bail Wednesday.

Johnathan Meadow, 34, 3723 Parkview St., was arrested Wednesday and charged with business burglary and auto theft, according to Warren County jail records.

 

Checks stolen

Checks were missing Thursday following a burglary reported Wednesday in Warren County.

At 3 p.m. Wednesday personal checks were reported stolen from a shed behind a home on the 1500 block of U.S. 80, according to Warren County sheriff’s records.

The checks are thought to have been stolen in October, but were reported Wednesday after they were found to have been used fraudulently, according to the records.
